For this Winnetka basement, the Chi team added in all new tile flooring, new lighting, and a built-in wet bar. The wet bar area included installing a wine cooler, custom cabinets, luxury granite countertops, and makes for a great area to entertain guests. Directly off of the entertainment area, Chi Renovation also updated the basement bath with an all new walk-in shower and elegant finishes.<br />
