Every great renovation begins with a conversation. During our initial scope consultation, we meet with you onsite or in our office to explore your ideas, lifestyle needs, and design inspirations. We’ll walk through your space to assess its structural possibilities, discuss what is and isn't working for you, and establish a realistic, target budget aligned with your goals. This step ensures that before a contract is developed, our team understands your functional needs and the exact scope of your project.

Once we have a clear grasp of your project’s scope, we present you with a formal contract proposal. This isn't a vague estimate; it is a clear roadmap detailing the comprehensive scope of work, preliminary budget breakdowns, and an outline of your project's milestones. We walk you through every line item together so you know exactly what is included. Signing the contract officially locks in your team, secures your place on our production calendar, and greenlights our design team to begin designing your space.

Next, our design team brings your project to life with detailed layouts and photorealistic 3D renderings. You won't have to guess what your home will look like or waste weekends driving to crowded showrooms. Instead, you'll work side-by-side with your designer in our private, in-house material library to hand-select every premium finish, texture, and fixture, finalizing a design that fits both your aesthetic and your budget.

Preparation is the key to a smooth renovation. Before site work begins, you will meet with your dedicated project manager and lead designer for a comprehensive kickoff walkthrough. Together, we review the working drawings, confirm the build timeline, establish site logistics and like daily work hours and dust-containment strategies. This ensures total alignment and absolute clarity for everyone involved before demolition day.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Your dream space, realized. In this final phase, we perform strict quality control checks and a detailed site cleanup before hosting a final walkthrough with you. We’ll double-check every custom detail and address any final touches to ensure the space is pristine. Once you are 100% satisfied, we officially hand over the finished project, leaving you to relax and enjoy your newly elevated home.
