Not having an existing fireplace didn't stop us from creating one for this condo. The Chi team built out the framing for an LED fireplace and used ledgerstone to create a three dimensional focal point for the living area. A few other upgrades included a gorgeous new chandelier over the dining area and brand new metallic backsplash in the kitchen.
