When we originally met with our designer, we were very happy to find that she picked up on our design style and our interests very quickly. For example, our sink isn't normally something that you would find in a bathroom space, but she was able to find us something unique that represented our style, and we were really excited about that.
Some of the stuff is sort of custom, so it was tough to install, but everybody involved in the project, the project manager, were efficient and easy to deal with. Everybody was so dedicated.

It was really great to work with their project managers and designers. I had an idea of what I wanted here and they really executed my vision and what I was going for with design. When I first worked with the designer, I had a bunch of ideas of what types of sink and shower I wanted, she narrowed down the choices down to four or five options and then let me pick each one I wanted. Then during the actual work, the contractors were great!

We were looking to do a full kitchen remodel and had a few ideas in mind when we contacted Chi Renovation & Design. They were able to take those ideas and run with them. The ideas were entirely new and innovative. Their knowledge of specific appliances that work with the design is great. A feature, that really adds to the space is the light-box above the island. We are very satisfied by the final result. It was no small task.

We came to Chi Renovation with the unique design challenge of renovating our kitchen with a 1950’s retro twist. They really helped us bring our vison to life and came up with great ideas to reconfigure the existing layout to make it more functional. The new layout really opened up the space and created a new focal point with the loft above. Mint green cabinets, glass cabinet doors, and retrofitted appliances completed the design.

What is especially amazing about ChiRen and our project manager, Lior, was the prompt attention to resolving issues. The workers and project manager were clean, considerate AND attentive to issues. We appreciated the supply vendors/distributors that Chi Ren uses and the lower prices that they are able to pass onto the client. This helps give you what you want at a better cost than other builders might offer. I plan on using Chi Ren again.

Chi Renovation was very straight forward about the scope of work. They made sure we were comfortable with the decisions and that we were happy. This home was on the verge of collapsing as the original contractors left it void of an essential structural support system. We called a structural engineer to pinpoint the problem and how to fix it. The solution was to jack up and enforce the ground floor. We poured new footings, reinforced existing metal columns, and created a more stabilized support systems. After re-enforcing the entire house, we took to designing the space.

I started working with Chi Renovation and Design on a kitchen construction project. What was really outstanding about their work, was their attention to detail. It makes a big difference in the stability of the house, as well as the ability to build on further from that. It was overwhelming, but Chi Renovation and Design were very professional and timely, and they gave me really good options for different materials. We had to do a lot of different renovations to our basement as it had flooding issues. We hired Chi Renovation and Design and they were awesome. They added some new closets, a new bedroom, and laundry room. They had good advice for layouts and waterproof flooring so that flooding never happens again. Our basement had flooded, we had a significant amount of damage and were also thinking about getting the kitchen done. Chi Ren gave us a full explanation of everything and explained all our options. They gave us new resilient floors, drywall, molding, and carpentry, that all looks great. It was a very barebones, unfinished basement, and now we have a room that looks nicer than the rest of the house. We’re going to have to call them back!
